This was the last evening swimming party of the year…  🙁

But it doubled as a double birthday party!

Dad got a blister the size of a silver dollar on his foot.
(that will teach him to play basketball barefooted!)

Little Miss Unhappy….

There was a communication problem.  The kids thought
we were going swimming tonight.

We COULD have gone swimming, but the kids decided to
play with their friends all day.

Little Lady was ticked at us.

She hid behind the menu at Jockamo’s pizza (Greenwood Locale).

Little Lady finally perked up after her third piece of pizza.

Ah… the healing wonders of pizza.

The kids got to go to a birthda party at Rascal’s!

Here the cars are zooming around in go-carts.

These bumper boats have a water jet on the front.  They both got soaked!

The kids had one good hole, then Dad took over with a hole-in-one and
continued to dominate.

They learned the rule “winner goes first on the next hole”.

Little Man wanted to have a baseball draft.

We drafted 40 players, NL and AL.

He is totally a baseball fan now.

We played wiffle ball late.

The sky was really, really red and weird.

Grandpa went with us to Holiday World!  It was HOT, but we had
a great time.

This was Little Lady’s first time on this ride…  She loved it!

The kids got to hear a story from Santa Claus!
(the still believe in Santa Claus, which makes Mom and I happy)

Blue ice cream is a Holiday World tradition.

This is the “after” picture once the have devoured the blue ice cream.

Kiddie coaster fun!

Little Man drove me around the antique cars.  In the distance, the girls
are watching a show.

This just cracked me up…  not sure who the kid is…
