Me and my beloved stirring the pot.  In addition to burgo, I had fried rabbit,
fried duck, oysters, crawfish, fried deer, home-made summer sausage
and deserts a plenty.

It was a beautiful day!  We saw two BALD EAGLES flying
overhead.  Inspiring.

Here, Grandpa is stirring the pot again.

He won the half-pot drawing!  He gave the winnings
back to the organizers to help cover costs.
(very cool)

We took the family Christmas picture in front of the family barn.

We celebrated Little Lady’s birthday again tonight!

Little Lady and Cousin P eyeing the sweets soon to come!

Grandma made a special cake and put it in a jack-o-lantern bowl!

It was very yummy!

Tinkerbell did very well on the trip down to Grandma/Grandpa’s house.

She likes to sleep in our bed.

Den meeting!  Tonight we learned knife safety.  The boys then carved
on soap.  (it made the parent nervous)

This is the soap sculpture Little Man made during the Den meeting.

I made dinner for the family.

I grilled hot dogs for the kids, and made baked potatoes, asparagus
and New York strip steaks for Mom and myself. (nailed medium rare)

Self portrait of a defiant girl.

Little Lady was not good for Mom in the car, so she didn’t get to play
on the playground.

LL refused to apologize, so she never got to play.

This picture perfectly sums up her stubbornness.

Little Man’s team, the Chargers, played the Raiders.  Some of the Raiders
parents were… interesting…

Little Man takes the handoff.

He scored his first touchdown!  (not on this play, but it was a rushing

Luck would have it, Mom and Little Lady were went to the bathroom
when he scored!

Grandma and Grandpa gave me this wonderful Big Green Egg Grill
for an early Christmas present.  This was the first grill session!

We gave Little Lady this Lego Space Police station for her birthday.

She built it all by herself.  (it is a pretty cool set)

Little Lady wanted an ice skating party!

She and Little Man did so well on the ice!

It was 84 degrees outside when the party started!

Little Lady is getting better at her photography poses.

Little Lady was the bell of the ice.

For nine of her friends, it was the first time they have been ice skating!

Happy Birthday dear Little Lady!
